Welcome to Casa Cuatro. We strive to provide you with an exceptional experience during your stay. Please read our terms and conditions carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit.

1. General Information

  • Casa Cuatro is a hotel located in Chiclana de la Frontera, Playa de la Barrosa. By making a reservation, you agree to comply with our hotel’s terms and conditions.


2. Reservations

  • Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person.
  • A valid credit card is required to guarantee all bookings. The card will not be charged unless specified in the terms of the booking.
  • Special requests (e.g., bed preferences, and accessibility requirements) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Breakfast is included in all rate plans.


3. Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in: From 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM
  • Late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and an additional charge.
  • Valid identification (passport or national ID) is required at check-in.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made up to 7 days before the arrival date will not incur a penalty and will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the arrival date will incur a one-night stay charge.
  • Non-refundable bookings will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.


5. Payments

  • Full payment is required upon check-in, unless otherwise stated in the reservation conditions.
  • We accept payments by credit card, debit card, and cash (in the local currency).
  • Prices may be subject to changes, taxes, or fees depending on the season or promotional offers.


6. Room Occupancy

  • The maximum number of guests allowed in each room is indicated at the time of booking. Extra beds or cots are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
  • Adults Only
  • Guests are responsible for the care and use of the room and its contents during their stay.


7. Pets

  • Pets are not allowed in the hotel, except for service animals with prior approval.


8. Smoking Policy

  • Casa Cuatro is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
  • A cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected inside the hotel or rooms.


9. Health and Safety

  • In case of medical emergencies, please contact reception immediately.
  • Guests are responsible for maintaining their personal belongings. The hotel is not liable for lost or stolen items.
  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who behave disruptively or violate hotel policies.


10. Hotel Facilities

  • Use of the pool area is subject to availability and operational hours.

  • The underground parking is available for a fee, subject to availability.


11. Liability

  • Casa Cuatro is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or loss of personal property occurring during your stay.
  • We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, power outages, or acts of third parties.


12. Changes to Terms

  • Casa Cuatro reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon publication.


13. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Chiclana de la Frontera.
